Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping.
NOTE: All items are shipped after 5 business days of handling and processing. Customers must allow 2-4 business days for delivery.
If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package on our online store.
FEDEX Customer Service
U.S. SQUASH uses FEDEX for all our shipping from our E-store. All orders will ship from the ANTIGUA warehouse in Peoria, Arizona. All inquires on your package can be made directly to US Squash.
