RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unwashed, unworn, or defective US SQUASH based merchandise may be returned to US SQUASH within 30 days of original purchase date. US SQUASH requires original receipt when processing all returns and exchanges.

ANTIGUA ITEMS

All Antigua produced, US SQUASH embroidered items are not subject to return, unless the embroidered item is defective or was shipped incorrectly or was damaged in transit. 

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the purchase date minus shipping costs. Merchandise returned more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the invoice date. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

To return or exchange any online purchase:

Email merchandise@ussquash.com with your order # and request a refund or exchange. 

For a refund, indicate if you would like us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. Please provide detailed instructions.

If you would like an exchange, indicate what product you would like an exchange for, what product you are sending back and what address you would like the exchange sent to.   We will then email you back and give you an RR authorization #.   Once you receive your RR authorization #, send the form, along with the product, to:

There is a $6.00 exchange fee as well as shipping of your product to and from U.S. SQUASH.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
